We work with all ages and a myriad of issues ranging from Anxiety disorders, postpartum issues, Depressive disorders, life transitions, and parenting. We all need someone to support us, let us help!

She has been in the field of mental health for 13 years and has worked with all ages, families, couples and individuals. She is mainly focusing on women's issues and Anxiety disorders currently.

Bethany Perez, LCSW

Bethany Perez has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help her clients process past trauma through solution focused treatment.

Lindsey Clark, CMHC

Lindsey's therapeutic interests are emotional intelligence and regulation, PTSD, chronic pain/ chronic illness, and health related trauma and grief.

Haley Urry, CSW

Haley earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work and is dedicated to helping young individuals navigate life's challenges through personalized therapy.

Taylor Stagg (Mental Health Counseling Student)

Taylor Stagg is a student at Utah State University studying Rehabilitation Counseling with the end goal of getting licensure as a CMHC.

Shaylee Cornejo, MSW Intern

Shaylee Cornejo is currently completing her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Denver with a concentration in Mental Health.

Alie Hansen (Billing Specialist)

Alie is a dedicated billing specialist with nearly five years of experience working in a therapist office.

My son has had excellent results with his own counselling and EMDR processing and I really wanted to work through some issues with that specific approach.
