We focus on depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, and help the individual stabilize. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify core beliefs, thinking errors, and challenging behavioral issues. EMDR, ART, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing are also used.
