I sought out Crystalyn Hori-Wilson because I read in her profile that one of the methods she practiced was EMDR therapy. My son has had excellent results with his own counselling and EMDR processing and I really wanted to work through some issues with that specific approach. Chrystalyn was careful to ease into the process wtih me over several weeks time, building trust and understanding before going deeper. I have been so surprised at the relief and release I have found in working with Crystalyn the past few months. While some might not see my issues as traumatic, I have experienced beliefs and patterns that have held me back in life for decades.
